The blues duo Little Miss Higgins (Jolene Higgins & Foy Taylor) have been traveling Across the Plains and more, touring their new LP. After meeting Andy and doing an interview at the Mariposa Folk Festival, they promised to make an eventual Guelph roadstop - and true to their word they came by to play some tunes and talk some Canadian history before their journey back out to Nokomis, Sask.
